Terms and Conditions

Read the terms and conditions for using our platform. Account rules, deposits, bonuses and player rights for UK customers explained in plain English.

These terms lay out the basic rules between us and anyone playing on the platform. Sign up or place a bet, and you’re saying you’ve read this and you’re cool with it. We update it when laws change or new bits get added, so worth a quick look every now and again.

Who can use the platform

Access is open only to people aged 18 or over who live somewhere online gambling is legal. UK residents must hold a valid address that matches the documents they later send for verification. Anyone signing up on behalf of someone else, or using a false name, will have the account closed and any winnings withheld.

Opening an account

One person, one account. That rule sits at the centre of how we run things, and duplicate profiles get flagged quickly by automated checks. Personal details given at sign-up must be accurate, since any mismatch with ID later on will hold up withdrawals. If you change address, phone number or email, update the profile straight away.

Deposits and withdrawals

All money moves through the cashier in GBP. Cards, e-wallets and bank transfers are accepted, with minimum and maximum amounts shown next to each option. Payouts go back to the same method used for the deposit wherever possible, and they are released only to the verified account holder. Processing times depend on the provider, not on us.

Bonuses and promotions

Every promo has its own rules. Wagering targets, time limits, game restrictions, that kind of thing. Claim a bonus and you’re signing up to all of it. Try to game the system, open extra accounts to grab the same offer, or chase rewards in a way the team flags as abuse, and you’ll lose the winnings. The account goes too.

Account security

Your login details are your business. Keep them that way. Don’t share your password. Don’t let mates use your account, not even for a minute. Two-factor authentication is sitting in the settings menu, flip it on if you haven’t. Spot something dodgy, like a login from a device you don’t know? Get on to support right away.

What you must not do

The following actions break these terms and lead to immediate account closure:

  • Using bots, scripts or any software designed to influence gameplay or bonus outcomes.
  • Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or someone else’s.
  • Funding the account with cards or wallets that do not belong to you.
  • Attempting to exploit technical glitches instead of reporting them to the support team.
  • Using the platform from a country where online gambling is restricted or banned.

Closing or suspending an account

We can suspend or close any account that breaks these terms. In serious cases, such as fraud or money-laundering attempts, balances are held and the matter is passed to the relevant authority. You can also close your own account at any time by contacting the support team, with any remaining funds returned to the verified payment method.

Limits on liability

The site runs around the clock, but we cannot promise it will never go offline. Maintenance windows, third-party outages or wider internet problems can interrupt access. We are not liable for losses caused by these events, nor for losses that come from your own choices at the games. Use of the platform stays at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be settled directly with the support team will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.

Updates to this page

We tweak these terms when rules change or we roll out new features. The latest version sits on this page, with the last edit date right up top. Anything big, registered users get an email about it, so you’ve got time to have a read before it kicks in.
